Returns With Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 10 days as NEW, provided that:
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Item must be unopened and uninstalled
- All original materials supplied with the item must be included
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.
Return Conditions
Please be aware of the following conditions that apply to all returns:
- Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable
- Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise are non-refundable
US Engine Production reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following merchandise is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy:
- Electrical components and electronic goods
- Opened gaskets and seals
- Special order items
- Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise
- Items without original packaging
- Installed or used parts
Note: Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, our team may override the denial and process the return on a case-by-case basis.
Core Return Policy
We offer a flexible core return policy that allows up to 30 days to return your core. Many units require no up-front core fee upon order.
Core returns must meet the following criteria:
- Core must be complete and rebuildable
- Core must not have any cracks or major damage
- All major components must be included
- Core must be properly drained of all fluids
- Core must be returned in appropriate shipping container

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500 within the continental United States.
We ship nationwide with an average lead-time of 3 to 5 business days for most engines in stock.
- All engines are thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping
- Engines are shipped on secure pallets with proper protection
- Tracking information provided for all shipments
- Freight shipping available for commercial customers
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with:
- Original purchase receipt or order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the engine and any visible damage or defects
- Installation records (if applicable)
